Alterac Mountains
Snow-capped peaks rise north of Hillsbrad, holding the ruins of the old human kingdom of Alterac and the crater where Dalaran once stood. Crushridge ogres hold the ruined capital while the Syndicate controls Strahnbrad, and yeti and mountain lions roam the high slopes. The southern shore of Lordamere Lake lies along the western edge.
