Burning Steppes
Scorched foothills under a red sky, dominated by the active volcano of Blackrock Mountain in the northwest. Blackrock orcs, Firegut ogres, Dark Iron dwarves and the black dragonflight control the land, and rivers of lava cut through charred ruins. The road through the steppes is the only overland route from Stormwind north to Khaz Modan.
